At OuterForm, we are committed to delivering your technical workwear quickly, securely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order with OuterForm, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

During peak periods, product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.


2. Shipping Destinations

OuterForm currently ships to:

  • South Africa

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

  • Delivery location
  • Order size and weight
  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

From time to time, OuterForm may offer free shipping promotions, subject to specific terms and conditions.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

South Africa

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.


5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipment tracking details via email after dispatch.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


6. Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

OuterForm is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • VAT, GST, or local taxes
  • Other government-imposed charges

These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

OuterForm is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Orders returned to us may require payment of reshipping fees.

OuterForm is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

OuterForm is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Stolen after delivery

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.


10. Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photographs of the packaging and products received

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.


11. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments initiated by OuterForm.


12. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where:

  • Delivery services are unavailable
  • Legal restrictions apply
  • Fraud concerns exist
  • Operational limitations prevent reliable delivery

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you and issue any applicable refund.


13. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are encouraged to provide secure delivery locations whenever possible.
