At OuterForm, we take pride in creating durable, high-performance technical workwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:
- Is unused and unworn
- Is in its original condition
- Has all original tags attached
- Is returned in its original packaging where possible
- Is accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will ship the correct product at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or required by law:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
- Customized or personalized products
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse
- Products returned without original tags where applicable
6. Return Shipping
Customer-Initiated Returns
For returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference changes
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Our Error or Defective Products
If the return is due to:
- Defective workmanship
- Manufacturing faults
- Shipping damage
- Incorrect items sent by OuterForm
OuterForm will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for return inspection
- 5–10 business days for payment providers and banks to process refunds
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
8. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
- The product was defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- Refund of shipping costs is required by applicable law
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
